Patient and Financial Coordinator
Pam has served Dr. Weber's patients for 28 years and has found a perfect fit as the financial and scheduling coordinator and general office manager for the office. She is dedicated to helping all patients find financial solutions to enable everyone to obtain optimal dental treatment and is committed to working with each and every patient in making them as comfortable as possible. She has a genuine caring attitude with everyone and is truly interested in what is happening with patients' families and lives. She was "born and raised in Little Rock" and has worked in the dental field for 39 years. She is an animal lover and she and her husband John have two dogs, Boogie Woogie and Forrest.
Jeanie has been a member of Dr. Weber's dental team for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Dental Hygiene and has been a practicing hygienist for over 40 years. She truly enjoys establishing a personal relationship with her patients and her attention to detail and constant study of the hygiene and dental fields is a true gift to the entire staff. Jeanie loves to spend free time with her husband of 40 years, Frank; her children and most of all her granddaughters Jeanette, Julia, and Caroline.
Registered Dental Assistant
Brooke joined our team in August of 2013 as an intern from Eastern College for dental assisting. After finishing her intern she became a full-time dental assistant for Dr. Weber. Brooke loves that our practice is one big family and the closeness we all have while working in a fun and relaxed professional atmosphere. She enjoys meeting new patients and getting to know them personally. Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors and loves her Razorback football. Brooke also loves to spend time with her cat Catcher.
Kamryn is the newest member of Dr. Weber's office team. Kamryn graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May of 2015 with her A.S. in Dental Hygiene and her B.S. in Health Science. Kamryn places excellent patient care and building trustworthy relationships with her patients as a top priority. She is from Webb City, MO. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and her dog Ryder. She loves to cook, read, and cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals.
Erika comes to our office with 31 years of dental experience. Erika began her career in dentistry while living in the wilds of Alaska, volunteering as a dental assistant with the military Dentac at Ft. Greely Alaska. Erika returned to her home state of California and received her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in 1997. Since then Erika has practiced all over the United States and Ireland, specializing in special needs pediatric and adult patients as well as Alzheimer and Dementia patients. Erica was recently appointed by the Governor as the sole hygienist representative on the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners, which is charged with protecting the public and overseeing the dental profession in the state of Arkansas. Erika has two grown daughters and two amazing granddaughters. Erika resides in Conway, where she shares her home with her husband and a little white schnauzer named Snow.
